Precautions for low-voltage live working process

1. When performing low-voltage live work indoors or on the floor and equipment, the operator should stand on a dry wooden board or other insulating board, and wear insulating shoes when necessary. At the same time, you should wear gloves, hard hats, and long-sleeved clothing. Low-voltage live work should be monitored by a dedicated person, and tools with insulated handles should be used. It is strictly forbidden to use tools such as files, metal rulers, and brushes with metal wires during operation.

2. For low-voltage live work on the line, you must wear insulated shoes, rubber foot buckles, seat belts, hard hats, gloves, and long-sleeved clothing. When erecting high and low poles, first verify the distance between the low-voltage and high-voltage lines, and take measures to prevent accidental contact with the high-voltage lines. Special personnel must be set up for guardianship during operation.

3. Before taking measures for low-voltage live wires, operators are not allowed to cross between the lines. Measures should be taken to prevent phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground short circuits during live work on low-voltage power distribution devices.

4. Before climbing the pole, confirm the live line and the neutral line, and select the working position. When disconnecting the wire, the live wire should be disconnected first, and then the neutral wire; when connecting, the neutral wire should be connected first, followed by the live wire. When cutting off the live wire, you must first measure the current. When the current is large, you must wear goggles, use pliers with long handles, and have measures to prevent short circuits between arcs.

5. For low-voltage live work, it is necessary to prevent people from touching two-phase wires or one-phase wire and one neutral wire at the same time.

6. For work on the pole, insulating materials must be used for the transfer tool, and no throwing or two persons touching the metal part of a tool or the same metal part at the same time.

7. When working with low voltage and live line, when connecting and leading electrical equipment, the power switch of the equipment must be turned off.
